The Urayasu Art Project, organized by Urayasu City and Tokyo University of the Arts, is an initiative that seeks to bring new perspectives to the city through art, inviting citizens to rediscover its charm and memories together.

Tracing the flow of Urayasu’s landscapes, the lives of its people, and the memories woven into everyday life, the project gently captures the often-overlooked expressions and voices of the city, prompting us to reconsider the relationship between “the city” and “ourselves.”
